Genesee Region Newfoundland Club

GRNC was first approved as an official Regional Club of the Newfoundland Club of America in 1971 with the purpose of conducting activities to further the welfare of the Newfoundland breed. Since that time, the club has hosted meetings, educational programs and a variety of events on a regular basis including Regional Specialty Shows, NCA Water and Draft Testing. Through cooperation, the NCA and all its Regional Clubs make greater contributions to the Newfoundland breed and fancy than each can individually.

The Genesee Region includes a broad area of New York State, from east of Rochester to Utica, and from the Pennsylvania to the Canadian border. This includes the follwoing counties of New York State: Broome, Cayuga, Chemung, Chenango, Cortland, Jefferson, Lewis, Livingston, Madison, Monroe, Oneida, Onondaga, Ontario, Oswego, Schuyler, Seneca, Steuben, Tioga, Tompkins, Wayne and Yates.

GRNC Territory

GRNC Membership Levels include: General Membership: shall pay annual dues, be entitled to vote and hold elective office as long as their dues are paid for the current year.

Newsletter Only Membership: shall receive E-newsletters (unless the editor has been notified otherwise) and notifications but may not vote nor hold elective office.
